The Office (of 3.11.11)

Welcome to Box Office Tuesdays. I know, it doesn't really make sense since all this data usually surfaces on Mondays, but I've got pretty busy Mondays as it is, so you'll have to deal with a day late. Check out the top ten movies of the past weekend.

If you haven't yet, check out the 10 words or less [review] of Battle: Los Angeles because I recommend it. A decent opening for the gritty marine/alien movie but not as strong as Rango's opening last weekend. Only two other weekend openers made it into the top 10, Red Riding Hood at 3 and Mars Needs Moms at 5. The King's Speech is still holding on strong staying in the top 10 for another week.

This coming week's releases feature Limitless, Paul, and The Lincoln Lawyer are in the top 3 for hopefuls. I'm predicting that none of these will take number 1, but Limitless and Paul will come in close for second and The Lincoln Lawyer in fourth. Of course, this is my first time attempting to predict the box office so get out there and prove me right.

Also, I'm opening up the reviews section for anyone who wants to write one, just keep in mind the idea is 10 words or less, after that you're good. Send your reviews to me as per usual.

Dream on.
